high order OK for 1D but still bug in exportMsh (hack emi)
p1 for 1D for bifurcation test case still strange ...

function : replce provideData by specific method (provideSolution,...), this is the first step to remove all the getName and refer to functions by pointer and not by string (and later merge dataCacheDouble and function in order to simplify fnction writing)

change constructor of function constant and add functionC for compiled function defined in lua (not finished)

bug correction to dgGroupOfInterfaces in 3d  + check for not defined boundaries + remove left/right interface on dgGroupOfFaces

an example (mesh2mesh.lua) has been added

though. doc interface is present but no doc is generated
