fixed some parametrization stuff / mumps interface fixed too / frontal algo works nicely with parametrizations

Removed redondant code, added comments (minus 1500 lines)
Storage structures are left unchanged for now.  

It is sufficient to track selectable elements

make old compounds with automatic partitioning work again (missing createGeometry on discrete edges)

 - new options to create all possible tets for a Gregion with createTetrahedralMesh
 - changes in yamaka.h and cpp - put const and inline functions
