GetStatistics for 2D meshes gives now mean value quality also

* new option to recombine all tri meshes, whatever the specific setting for a given surface
* libmatch -> libblossom (there's a libMatch.dylib in the default MacOS install)

the status messages that slow down the mac gui

we could try to copy a mesh before generating the source mesh

don't mesh GVertices in the constructor: this has nasty side effects when
loading geos+mesh+new post-processing datasets

-> Mesh0D in Generator

Please test: this change could have unexpected consequences... :-)
