A monotonic clock (e.g. clock_gettime(2), GetTickCount64) would be more
appropriate.

Changing (most of) these parameters from their default values would not
have worked without adding explicit template parameters to
e.g. recursive calls.

fixed some parametrization stuff / mumps interface fixed too / frontal algo works nicely with parametrizations

Removed redondant code, added comments (minus 1500 lines)
Storage structures are left unchanged for now.  

It is sufficient to track selectable elements

make old compounds with automatic partitioning work again (missing createGeometry on discrete edges)
