GetStatistics for 2D meshes gives now mean value quality also

* new option to recombine all tri meshes, whatever the specific setting for a given surface
* libmatch -> libblossom (there's a libMatch.dylib in the default MacOS install)

Propose to automatically create .geo file with a Merge command when
trying to append a scripting command to a non-geo file. Got the idea 
after the discussion with Robert Bou. (This is better than scripting
the Merge command IMHO.)
