Removed lots of warning introduced with my last commit, cleaned up a bit duplicateBoundaries, and introduced support for 2D for DuplicateBoundaries.

More cleanup is going to follow soon, especially in the modified part of commandline.

Addition of plugin DuplicateBoundary that allow one to modelize inter granular cracks with cohesive zones. 
Addition of the line command ComputeBestSeeds that allow one to optimize the placement of seeds in a microstructure to remove small edges from the Voronoï representation.
Small additions to cross3D and direction3D to compute the smoothness fo fields.

fix commandLine for partition with weights\ntri in the documentation, triangle in the code\nnow, both are allowed (only one should be allowed?)

Allowed the periodical voronoi diagram using the -microstructure option to deal with rectangle of arbitrary size. Xmax, Ymax and Zmax are to be specified as entry 3 to 5 of the input file.

TODO : avoid topological unconsistencies for (e.g.) cones when
delaunay meshing is involved.

A new implementation for gamepad. option "-gamepad" is needed now. If no option, gamepad can be seen but nothing happens. 
All functionalities with "-gamepad", even if no gamepad is plugged when gmsh is launched. 
Gamepad can be plugged or desactivated during execution.

Removed the -q option in initial mesh generation (generates meshes that do not respect size field)

new "-open" and "-merge" command line args to select how to open/merge the files on the command line
