No corresponding point for periodic connection
Dear Geuzaine,
My RVE mesh model consists out of a (skewed) cubic domain with spherocylindrically shaped fibers subtracted from that cube. The RVE has triperiodic boundary conditions. An example is shown in Figure 1. For clarity, figure 1 only shows the surfaces of the mesh.
Occasionally the mesh fails when fibers are splitted in the z-direction:
It thus tells me that a corresponding point is missing. In figure 2 I only plot the surfaces 5 and 3 and all points in the mesh close to point 11, which thus cannot find its corresponding point. The figure clearly shows that it does have a corresponding point on the other surface.

I use the commendline gmsh -3 -o test.msh unable2mesh_fbr2_00150.geo > outputmesh.out to mesh.
Do you have any idea what could possibly cause this error? And how I can solve it?
