- deprecate "*" syntax for "all expressions" (e.g. in transfinite commands), in favor of matlab-like {:} notation
- generalize the use of {:} syntax for all lists of shapes, characteristic length meshing constraints, etc.

Addition of test to indicate problem with big difference in du and dv (e.g. cylinder with large radius and height will always have a du of 2pi, but dv can become very large or very small). The build should now fail to indicate that this test is working properly.

don't recompute curve parameters every time we transform a point: do it after all points have been transformed

remove OrientedBoundary and Unique2: Boundary now always returns the signed (oriented) boundary: this is what we used to do in 
the old Geo. To get valid entity numbers, just use Abs()

"Ruled Surface" makes no sense: use "Surface" instead. A "Surface" will try to do the filling "the best it can".
