Computation of anisotropy measure put inside qualityMeasureJacobian framework. Keeping MetricBasis for now but will be removed someday.

Bézier coefficients computed for the product of two or three functions are now ordered as the original convention (corner coefficients are the first)

new qualityMeasuresJacobian.h/cpp files for computing Jacobian-based validity and qualities. Validity moved from AnalyseCurvedMesh (see next commit). New: Scaled Jacobian (for hexes and quads). Remains to move the anisotropy quality measure from metricbasis.
