Added an interface to use C integers instead of GMP integers in Smith Normal
Form methods (disabled now, should be set to get enabled when GMP library
is not present).

Added ability to compute the "scalar potential cuts" for homology
generators using coreduction. Modified utils/misc/celldriver.cpp to
demonstrate this.

Added some more or less useful utility and experimental functions.
Numerious bug fixes.

Squeezed #if defined(HAVE_KBIPACK) preprocessor instructions only around
those parts where kbipack is really needed. It seems some homology fun
can be done without it when using coreduction algorithm.
