Re-organized and cleaned up nodalBasis/polynomialBasis/JacobianBasis. Enabled higher-order bases for prisms. Fixed and completed shape functions and Jacobian for pyramids. Fixed bug in computation of Bezier exponents for hexahedra. TODO: OptHOM bug with pyramids to be fixed, clean-up of bases (point generation) to be completed.
