reinterfaced adaptive views with new post-pro

moving to new post-processing database

do not upgrade if you need plugins or adaptive views: these have not
been ported (yet) to the new database

airplane work: more work to complete remaing features (read, combineSpace,
combineTime) in new post-pro

* re-added all view output routines (POS, STL, MSH, TXT)

- re-add smooth() for PViewDataList

- removed static GMODEL (can now have multiple models)
- added infrastructure for new post-processor module
