- make getAdditionInfo display main meshAttributes

We should really clean up the mess that "reparamOnXXX" has become. Introducing one more horrible "haveParametrization()" member function to add to the general insanity :-)

Remove uppertopology in GModel, reverting commit a while ago (not necessary anymore). Draw commands are piped to mesh for compounds now, so DiscreteSurfaces should work without showCompounds option enabled. Without showCompounds enabled, compounded surfaces/edges are hidden from the user, making only the uppermost topology part accessible. Selections of lower surfaces are piped to the compound.

Renamed compound_only parameter to showCompound. Enable to fix issue with invisible discrete meshes.

Some steps to a better usability with compounds. Improvements in drawing of compounds: Edges of compounded surfaces in the CAD are hidden, only the collection of compounded surfaces is shown, the single surfaces are hidden. The draw command is called for the compound and then piped to the underlying surfaces. Can be controled with commandline parameter 'compound_only'. Further steps will follow in near future (high order meshes using compounds etc.).

The delquad algo is now much more stable and nice

Two 3D meshers have been added. 

One is an embryo of the 3D delhex mesh which is an extension of delquad.

The other one is MMG, the mobile mesh generator of CECILE DOBRZYNSKI (Bordeaux I) and PASCAL FREY (PARIS VI). We are very happy that this new anisotropic 3D mesher is now available as an open source !!

high order smoother class added : high order meshes are guaranteed to be
valid : some elements are "un-curved" in order to ensure good value of

Lift And Drag better, but dgFunctionEvaluator returns some out of range values (bbox ?, precision ?)

Removes a bug occuring when matched edges aren't parametrized in the same direction as the original geometrical edge.

This fixes the problem.
