New homology command "Betti" to compute just the Betti numbers of the given domain and relative subdomain. It is always somewhat faster than computing (co)homology basis.

* store max vertex/element number on a per-model basis (removed globalNum in MVertex/MElement). This should be improved, but forcing a GModel in the MVertex and MElement constructors

* use filename as a "partition indicator" in readMED (for both meshes and views), so we can deal with DDM datasets in MED (MED does not store partition numbers)

Major work on GUI : removed much-hated "menu window" & merged onelab tree in graphic window. Gmsh now requires FLTK 1.3.

Modified PViewDataGModel to allow for multiple views in the same file
and multiple PViewDataGModel::write() call

Better handling of (co)homology computation in selected dimensions only. Various cleanups and documentation of (co)homology stuff.

Added possibility in homology solver parser interface to select (co)homology space base dimensions to save; Added option to select (co)homology basis physical groups numbers and debug options to HomologyComputation plugin.
