Test cases. Jacobian matrix methods.

Reverted all fixes for Post/PViewDataGModelIO.cpp, I was just generating
inconsistent post-processing data, and geuzaine's fix on fix created
an offset between vertix indices saved by GModel::WriteMSH and
PViewDataGModel::writeMSH.
