new option Mesh.PartitionOldStyleMsh2 to emulate the old behavior when saving partitioned meshes in MSH2 format (i.e. use the parent elementary tag instead of the new tag of the partitioned entity). Setting this option also disables the creation of new phsyical groups for partitioned entities.
