How to generate nonuniform hexahedron mesh & How to solve ill-shape problem?
-
Is there an automatic way (like what happened with tetrahedron mesh) to build a non-uniform hexahedron mesh for the structure? I am asking this question because chatGPT says I need to calculate the number of mesh cells to ensure the vertex alignment (or in other words, do it manually). This would not be practical if I have a complex structure that needs to continuously change its shape.

Sometimes, I might have
1 ill-shaped tets are still in the mesh
warning. It does not stop Fipy (the tool I am using to solve the PDEs based on the mesh from Gmesh). Does this warning really matter OR how can I solve it?
