Physical tags not propagated during .msh file export
Hi i am using following geo file to export mesh in .msh format. (Gmsh 4.11.1)
Merge "NACA0012.stp";
Geometry.OCCTargetUnit="M";
SetFactory("OpenCASCADE");
Transfinite Curve {3, 4} = 100 Using Bump 0.2;
Transfinite Curve {1,2} = 50 Using Progression 1;
Physical Curve("AIRFOIL") = {3, 4};
Physical Curve("FARFIELD") = {1, 2};
When I export to .msh format I select version 2 ASCII format + save all elements + save parametric coordinates. In .msh file I get data for example as follows:
$Elements
9716
1 15 2 0 1 1 elm-number elm-type number-of-tags < tag > … node-number-list
2 15 2 0 2 2
3 15 2 0 3 3
4 15 2 0 4 4
5 1 2 0 1 1 5
6 1 2 0 1 5 6
7 1 2 0 1 6 7
8 1 2 0 1 7 8
9 1 2 0 1 8 9
10 1 2 0 1 9 10
According to gmsh documentation, fourth number is a physical tag and its visible in gmsh gui visibility. But in gmsh physical tag is always 0.
I tried gmsh 3.0.4 and I did not face this issue. Kindly let me know how to solve this in gmsh 4.11.1. I have attached relevant files. NACA0012.msh NACA0012.geo NACA0012.stp
