Split a mesh into two meshes
Let's say myfile.geo file consists of two sub-domains with a common boundary created by
Point(1) = whatever; Point(2) = whatever;
....
Line(1) = {1,2}; Line(2) = {2,3};
....
Gmsh will create a file myfile.msh from it and I observe the mesh sudbdivides the boundary. I think it is called conformal. That's great because that is what I want. But since I have different physics equation on each sub-domain, I would like to split myfile.msh into two .msh files one for each sub-domain. I hope this can be done because if I create a mesh file for each sub-domain (i.e. starting with two .geo files one for each sub-domain) the two resulting meshes will not be conformal on the common boundary.
Thanks in advance Marc
