Post-processing: get spatial coordinates clicking on GUI
Hello,
I would like to get spatial geometric coordinates (x, y, z) (z=0 in my 2D geometry) when clicking on a post-processing view merged with a main geo model in Gmsh GUI. I want to do that to pass these values to Plugin(Probe) later, in order to get the local post-processing values related to the clicked point (a generic location, not necessary a geometric point).
The post-processing views that I am using are field maps, both scalar local quantities and vector fields. They are all correctly displayed in Gmsh GUI when merged with the geometric model. I know that I can already use Plugin(Probe) in a relatively easy way in the GUI, but I would like to know if there are some ways to make the process easier and faster, i.e. get local post-processing values simply by (double)-clicking on a generic location over a post-processing view.
I tried to use the commands PostProcessing.DoubleClickedGraphPointX and Y, but both commands return 0 when I double-click in every position.
Are there any ways to do what I want?
