Error : Invalid boundary mesh (overlapping facets)
Hello,
I'm trying to create a 3D thin structure using gmsh's python API.
the structure looks like this:
Since it is prismatic, i wanted to use the gmsh.model.occ.addThruSections
command that i found in a tuto.
I have no problem creating the two CurveLoops I need, but since the structure is really thin (100 micrometers long and 20 nm thin), the meshing is not working properly, and I have the following error : ´Invalid boundary mesh (overlapping facets) on surface 1 surface 604'.
It appears I have a surface duplicated.
So I tried to delete surface 604 which seemed to be automatically created the addthrusection command, but it did not work since it was considered as part of the shell defining the volume.
Maybe it is a problem about the mesh type/size used, but I can't figure it out.
How could I solve this properly?
Thanks in advance.
