Transfinite Mesh for Nonparallel Boundary Surfaces
I would like to be able to develop a Transfinite Mesh for a geometry that has nonparallel boundary surfaces:
The way I've set this geometry up is by extruding the five original Butterfly surfaces by some vector that points back and to the right. I then rotate the exterior extruded surface by 90 (I've attached the code for reference).transfinite_cylinder.py
I've gotten this to work for rectangular geometries:.
When I try the same thing for the cylindrical geometry, I get multiple errors: Error : Could not find extruded node (7.071067811865476, 7.071067811865476, -100) in surface 21 Warning : Gmsh has aleady been initialized
Looking at the surface outlines, it looks like the rotate function doesn't translate well with the geometry:
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
