add FieldInterface<>::numberOfLinkedDofs()

Hi everyone,

Seems that the implementation of FieldInterface<>::numberOfLinkedDofs() is missing.

This patch adds it, by following the same strategy than FieldInterface<>::numberOfFixedDofs()
