End tests. Still baffled by why Windows build crashes when displaying post-processing views of (co)homology chains. I also noticed Gmsh crashes in Windows when displaying element quality measures post-processing views, i.e. Tools->Statistics->Rho "Plot 3D".

Removing concept of ElementData: not general enough -- Adding GroupOfJacobian: sexier -- Revert to by group assembly -- *BUT* weak() takes elementID: up to now use one sort at the beginning -- Need to fix that

fix crash (when deleting widget with focus and pending callback; make sure the tree gets the focus before we delete all the children)
