are not affected by node repositioning 

fix bug that prevented prisms to be created + split pair of pyramids that share the quad face + deletion of element when not added to the mesh

hack to take into account periodicity when optimizing high order meshes. Periodic node positions are corrected after each optimization pass. Optimization is executed until no more everything is ok. 

fix low accuracy in computation of point parameter on edges. Why would you skip computation with relax=1 since it gives the 'exact' parameter value for straight GEdges?
