python library can be built without other dep than python, gcc and gmsh
built as a library (with an exeption for petsc now -- I have an ugly patch
not commited to enable petsc also)

Remove uppertopology in GModel, reverting commit a while ago (not necessary anymore). Draw commands are piped to mesh for compounds now, so DiscreteSurfaces should work without showCompounds option enabled. Without showCompounds enabled, compounded surfaces/edges are hidden from the user, making only the uppermost topology part accessible. Selections of lower surfaces are piped to the compound.

Renamed compound_only parameter to showCompound. Enable to fix issue with invisible discrete meshes.

Some steps to a better usability with compounds. Improvements in drawing of compounds: Edges of compounded surfaces in the CAD are hidden, only the collection of compounded surfaces is shown, the single surfaces are hidden. The draw command is called for the compound and then piped to the underlying surfaces. Can be controled with commandline parameter 'compound_only'. Further steps will follow in near future (high order meshes using compounds etc.).
