Reorganized computation and usage of scaled Jacobian in OptHOM, fixed bugs. Removed specific distortion/scaled Jacobian computation routines. 

Optimized generic computation of scaled Jacobian range in MElement. Adapted AnalyseCurvedMesh plugin as well as generic distoShapeMeasure to use it. 

Fixed bug (wrong basis type) in OptHOM. Fixed bug in computation of Bergot basis gradient, still wrong.

Re-organized and cleaned up nodalBasis/polynomialBasis/JacobianBasis. Enabled higher-order bases for prisms. Fixed and completed shape functions and Jacobian for pyramids. Fixed bug in computation of Bezier exponents for hexahedra. TODO: OptHOM bug with pyramids to be fixed, clean-up of bases (point generation) to be completed.

Hopefully last step of fixing commit 13635: removed variable defined both in mother and child classes

Modified python wrappers to add nodalBasis.
Seems there is a memory leak soewhere. Will check that tomorrow.
Modified some names in dg.

gmsh: Added functions to nodalBasis for dg to compile. (I Think) those functions should be there and not in polynomialBasis, as they are general to any base.
dg: switch from polynomialBasis to nodalBasis

Implementation of high order pyramids. Introduces nodalBasis as a parent class of polynomialBasis and pyramidalBasis.
