(1) If and EndIf now allowed in comments and variable names (with alpha-char before or after); (2) Else now possible in If EndIf; (3) Warning if orphan EndIf.

Add toggle for compatible mode. Does not export scale bars in case of compatibility mode : usefull for MeshLab for instance.
Otherwise, scales bar are exported (compatible with view3Dscene). 

crack all elements from all entities except the crack entities (instead of just cracking elements from entities of dim+1)
