ensure coherence of periodic boundaries when optimize high order. Includes reorientation of periodic faces/edges to ensure coherent orientation

discreteDiskFace: Higher order nodes of the Dirichlet BC's are not mapped on the circle, there are barycenter of the boundary edge.

add getValidity() function to MElement class. Return an int. Just check if this int is positive to know if the element is valid. When orientation is not a problem, checking if the int is true is sufficient. -1 means the element is possibly invalid or just has an incorrect numbering of the nodes.

fix bug that prevented prisms to be created + split pair of pyramids that share the quad face + deletion of element when not added to the mesh

hack to take into account periodicity when optimizing high order meshes. Periodic node positions are corrected after each optimization pass. Optimization is executed until no more everything is ok.
