Add a default implementation of fullMatrix<double>::invert and
fullMatrix<double>::determinant whn Lapack is not available. The algorirthms are bad but they allow to use polynomialBasis without installing BLAS and Lapack. The inverse is not computed a lot a time and the matrix is often not big in this case so there is no need of better algorithms

not sure if they are the right choice... but at least the files should import without errors

more natural abaqus export: just save the elements per elementary entity, and create element/node sets per physicals

new "-open" and "-merge" command line args to select how to open/merge the files on the command line

(this allows to aggregate many tree rebuilds into a single one, thus decreasing the gui overhead for codes sending many refresh requests)
