- started to replace old ConnectionManager infrastructure with onelab (already ok with "gmsh -listen")

option to choose step increment for animations (for interactive and when saving mpegs -- very useful for large animations, e.g. > 1000 steps)

Some steps to a better usability with compounds. Improvements in drawing of compounds: Edges of compounded surfaces in the CAD are hidden, only the collection of compounded surfaces is shown, the single surfaces are hidden. The draw command is called for the compound and then piped to the underlying surfaces. Can be controled with commandline parameter 'compound_only'. Further steps will follow in near future (high order meshes using compounds etc.).

Removed message window from GUI: messages are now part of the graphic window, in a tile above the button bar. This is a first step in experimenting with a less cluttered UI, as decided during the workshop.

Cook <bico@isye.gatech.edu> for granting Gmsh a special exception so Gmsh
users can use Blossom for both academic and non-acedemic purposes.
