+ add jacobianOrder(..)

+ add sampling points of pyramid jacobian 

make bezierBasis independant from declaration of element tag in GmshDefines.
move static methods getTag(..) & **FromTag(..) from MElement to ElementType.
completely revert to double for monomials.
