rewrote adaptive view stuff so we can use it on all types of views
(model-based, multi timestep, multi-mesh)

- temp fix in Open to delete obsolete views

arghh, MED 2.3.3->2.3.4 changed the name of the enum MED_NOEUD_ELEMENT into
MED_NOEUD_MAILLE !

- names for elementary entities ("families")
- stats for model-based views
- deal with mmed/rmed

a crash report, blabla..." dialog)

don't use model->bounds() here: it's costly!
