HUGE BUG FIX: correcting rev19884 introduced a new bug -- TriEdgeBasis...

HUGE BUG FIX: correcting rev19884 introduced a new bug -- TriEdgeBasis functions associated to FACES were missing a -1 !!
It seems like everything works now :-)!
