delete orphan nodes in .su2 files
Dear Gmsh people, first of all thank you very much for your great job. I'm using Gmsh in a class of numerical simulation and it's very appreciated from the students. They set up a geometric model in a .geo file, use Gmsh to produce triangular meshes which export using .su2 format; then they provide those grids as inputs to simple FEM solvers they have to write as a part of their exam. I wonder if it is possible to remove orphan nodes arising from certain situations: for instance, in your tutorial t4.geo, the point 15 (x=0, y=0.045) is saved in the .su2 file produced by Gmsh as node 14, but is obviously associated with no triangle. I wrote a small C code to drop such nodes and renumber the su2 file, but I wonder if there exists the possibility to do the same within Gmsh. Thanks in advance for any hint.
