I would like to use the plugin HomologyComputation in Gmsh to compute the cohomology representative chain **after ** meshing and directly on my .GEO file. I have a very simple geometry with a hole and defined as a Physical Surface (20001).
I tried to include:
Plugin(HomologyComputation).DomainPhysicalGroups = 20001; Plugin(HomologyComputation).ComputeCohomology = 1; Plugin(HomologyComputation).Run;
But it doesn't work. I have the messages
Unknown option 'DomainPhysicalGroups' or plugin 'HomologyComputation'.
Unknown option 'ComputeCohomology ' or plugin 'HomologyComputation'.
Despite, it works fine when I use the interface Tools -> Plugins -> HomologyComputation and defining the space DomainPhysicalGroups as 20001.
I also know that I can use
and Gmsh will compute it when meshing. However, I was wondering if I'm doing something wrong when using the plugin HomologyComputation. I'm with Windows and I tried versions 3.0.1 and 4.1.5 of Gmsh.
Thank you for your help, and sorry if it is maybe a trivial question.
