`gmsh -format something` doesn't fail for invalid formats
The title says it all: If gmsh is invoked with an invalid format, e.g.,
gmsh -format something
it will just fall back to msh
-- silently. It should probably just fail and provide a list of valid options.
That being said, I would be interested in a list of valid output formats, too. (The default msh format is not very well suited for efficient reading as the cells have to be read one-by-one. I'm looking for an alternative.)
