Node renumbering skips after refine call (C++ API)
The node numbering seems to skip values when mesh refine steps are added (using a 3d mesh and C++ API). Issue only seen on first refine and additional ones don't appear to skip numbers. The number of unique nodes itself is correct.
*.msh file is unaffected.
E.g. if the numbering should be 1 to 82, calls to
gmsh::model::mesh::getNodes(nodes, coord, paraCoord);
will result in a node vector that skips values 20 to 27, i.e.
1, 2, 3, ..., 19, 28, 29, ..., 89, 90
