tiny typos in the manual and t16

Sorry for pointing out tiny typos (I'm Japanese).

1. In the explanation of ClassifySurfaces in the reference manual, a sentence reads "If the third argument is set, create edges and surfaces than can be reparametrized with CreateGeometry." but I think it should read "... that can be ...".
2. A part of the comment lines in the t16.geo (and in the other language version also), "cube minus one eigth", should be "cube minus one eighth"?

By the way, are there any forums on gmsh where I can post questions? (or can I do it here?)
