Regular surface triangulation

I have, as an example, a simple triangle and I want to have it's regular triangulation. I prescribe equal transfinite number of mesh points along each side and make corresponding surface to be transfinite. 11.geo As a result I have a left side picture. However, I am interested to have a regular triangulation like the right picture. How could I reach that? Thank you in advance.
