- CharacteristicLength -> MeshSize, geometry Lines->Curves

- deprecate "*" syntax for "all expressions" (e.g. in transfinite commands), in favor of matlab-like {:} notation
- generalize the use of {:} syntax for all lists of shapes, characteristic length meshing constraints, etc.

"Ruled Surface" makes no sense: use "Surface" instead. A "Surface" will try to do the filling "the best it can".

  Physical Point|Line|Surface|Volume ( "char" , expr ) = ...

allows to specify both a string label and a physical id by hand.
