warning->error if file to merge does not exist + error when opening non-existant file in batch mode (not an error in interactive mode, as the file can be a new project)

set_source_file_properties is not properly working in subdirectories. It has to be added to the top-level directory.

This fixes an incoherence when meshing models with pre-existing meshed parts (cf. #969).

This allows to mesh an annular domain with a pre-existing mesh inside (in a discreteRegion); see #969

store mesh size as 4th coord for embedded points (we might want to store the boundary size for all other vertices as well)
