To run the model, open dipole.pro or microstrip.pro with Gmsh.
The example contains 2D and 3D models of a simple dipole antenna (dipole.pro)
as well as a 3D model of a microstrip antenna (microstrip.pro). A
Silver-Muller Absorbing Boundary Condition or a Pefectly Matched Layer is used
to truncate the domain. The far field is computed using the NearToFarField
