Segmentation fault in -optimize_netgen
Using this attached file: triple_point.geo
I ran the following command:
../../install/gmsh-3.0.3-Linux/bin/gmsh -3 -o triple_point.vtk -optimize_netgen triple_point.geo
Which seems to segfault during optimization:

Indeed, I can reproduce the problem on my machine. The bug is in the external Netgen code, so it probably won't be fixed until we upgrade to a newer Netgen version... provided that it has been fixed in Netgen :-)
If this is critical for your cases, don't hesitate to create a merge request with a newer version of Netgen so we can test it and merge it into master.
-optimizeflag worked okay for me, so this is no longer critical. Thank you for the response!
Note that with Gmsh 3 you don't have to specify -optimize: all 3D meshes are now optimized by default.
